On April 7, 2022, Eva Tzoumpa Human Resource Services, in collaboration with the Cyprus Diversity Charter, hosted a workshop under the auspices of the Deputy Minister of Tourism. The event equipped hotel leaders and HR professionals with tools to manage diversity and foster inclusion in the hospitality sector.
In 2021, Eva Tzoumpa conducted the first-ever research study on hotel industry employees in the Famagusta district, under the auspices of BPW Cyprus, Famagusta Club. The online survey gave a voice to employees’ concerns during the COVID-19 period and highlighted key challenges and solutions for building a more supportive and equitable work environment.
