Research on Famagusta Tourism Employees – Key Findings & Recommendations
In 2021, Eva Tzoumpa conducted the first-ever research study on hotel industry employees in the Famagusta district, under the auspices of BPW Cyprus, Famagusta Club. The online survey gave a voice to employees’ concerns during the COVID-19 period and highlighted key challenges and solutions for building a more supportive and equitable work environment.
